Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold by The Calm Toddler Co. are digital downloads unless expressly stated otherwise.
No physical products will be shipped.
Digital access is normally provided immediately after checkout and may also be sent to the email address supplied with the order.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring their device and software can open the file formats identified in the product description.
All products are supplied as final, non-editable digital files. Customers may download, save and print the files for their permitted use but may not edit, alter or modify the designs or content.
Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless another currency is selected or displayed.
Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available during Shopify checkout. The Calm Toddler Co. does not directly store customers’ complete payment card details.
Licence and Permitted Use
Unless a product description states otherwise, each purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use by one household.
Products expressly described as suitable for classroom use may be used within one classroom by the original purchaser.
You may not:

Use our products to create competing products or services
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Additional licences may be required for use across multiple households, classrooms, locations or organisations. Contact us before using a product outside the licence stated in its product description.

All original content, text, illustrations, characters, designs, branding and digital materials are owned by or licensed to The Calm Toddler Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
